1) I created a chatroom, how can i invite others in that chatroom? Is it possible to connect to IRC/slack/telegram/matrix chatrooms, how?
2) How to send/receive messages from mastodon/diaspora users? How to find them?
3) How to use nextcloud services from this hub?
4) are there any public chatrooms available in federation/fediverse/diaspora/hubzilla/mastodon?

Hello, welcome! I didn't notice you coming in... :)

1) As far as I know your chatroom is connected to your channel (I never used chatrooms, yet), so other users can go to your channel, then via the Hamburger menu (the three lines in the upper right) to "Chatrooms", there they will find your room and can join it. It is not a public chat that is available from outside of Hubzilla.
2) Activate GnuSocial, Diaspora and / or ActivityPub apps under Hamburger menu -> Add apps first. Then you will start getting from and sending to the other protocolls.
3) I have no idea :)
4) No, but I think that would be a nice idea. The only thing I guess is a problem is to get a few people there at the same time. I will suggest a public chat to some people and let you know if we open one. Until then you can of course try to offer one yourself -- just open a chatroom and tell the fediverseration about it, e.g. by addressing the New Here forum (newhere@sparklechicken.net, you can mention a forum by writing ! and the name in a post -- maybe you need to add them as contact first).

In the future you can try addressing either me ("at" admin@mint-n-er.de) or the Hubzilla support forum (mentioning again with !) or both for faster responses.

4) i am excited to hear about those chatrooms, we can create one.

Speaking frankly, all of these things are very complex to understand at least for me, So i am sure it would be good for any novice user to have a chatroom, so people who are experienced/free can share their valuable knowledge, documentation is not upto the mark, so chatting could be quite better for human understanding.

i was not connected earlier with HSF, now i am connected, hence need to resend.
